The mural is on staircases that lead to the front entrance.It features Aztec mountains, lake and statues under a floral and fruit "BURBANK M.S." A planter measuring 3’ x 20’ features corn fields, farmer on a tractor, a woman making tortillas and a train with workers. The second set of staircases features students on a computer being assisted by a teacher, 3 children holding earth with an unborn baby in the earth, Martin Luther King Jr. making a speech at a podium, Frida Kahlo, Ceasar Chavez, an American Indian with headdress and Sally Field, the astronaut with a spaceship along with various flowers and Aztec symbols.
