The painting depicts a view of 16th century Cuernacava Cathedral seen across the red-tiled roofs. The painting is framed in a carved, gilded frame measuring 58-1/2" x 47-1/2" x 2" inches. A brass plaque on the frame reads: "After The Shower - Cuernavaca/by Alson Clark/Class Gift W'1938". Written on the back is: "G.W.J. D. May 5, '27, After the Shower, Cuernavaca, 1149 Watkins Drive, Pasadena". Description Modified: 10/22/2019 |
