The watercolor depicts three children playing with a long paper streamer. An inscription at the upper left corner reads: "Children of Castelar School playing with streamers on Chinese New Year 1973". The print is framed in a light wood frame measuring 27 x 33 inches. Signed in the lower right corner reads: "Leo Politi with love" Leo Politi donated many pieces to LAUSD schools and it is assumed this is a gift from the artist circa 1973?
