The certificate measures 9" x 11.5" in a brown wood frame and reads "This is to certify that the flag presented with this certificate / was flown over the Capitol of the United States / especially for presentation to / San Pedro High School." At the top of the certiificate is a flag of the United States. Behind the writing "San Pedro High School", there's an image of the US Capitol. At the LLC, is "DATE FLOWN February 19, 1986" and the LRC there's the signature of David Dreier "Member of Congress". |
